Canted Angle
My interpretation of a Canted Angle Shot is when the scene is shot at an angle i.e the camera is rotated on its axis so that the ground is not level with the horizontal axis and gives this disorientating tilted effect.
I think this type of shot was used in this scene to express an unnerving, tense and horror styled theme to the audience. By using this disorientating effect the audience this results in the audience being focused on the subject in frame but the rotation/tilt of the camera almost makes it dizzying for the audience to view, communicating almost a frightening or lost atmosphere to this scene, this is further emphasised by the character looking directly up off camera, possibly foreshadowing an event.
